Where can I find the dimensions of a light?

All dimensions and technical information are shown on the product page under Technical Data. We also generally include an image with the dimensions marked. You can also download a datasheet directly from the product page.

Is there a warranty?

As part of där Lighting’s ongoing commitment to deliver great products, quality & service, all our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. We are pleased to also be able to offer an extended 5-year warranty for products registered online within 6 weeks of the date of purchase; please register your product here. Please also refer to the relevant section of our Terms & Conditions.

Do you stock spares?

Our products are designed for durability, but we understand components break or wear out, so we stock spare parts for most of our lights, which increases their longevity and reduces the life-span impact on the environment. Please email sales@darlighting.co.uk with your address, details of the light in question and the part you need to replace, attaching photos where possible. Please also provide the product code and approximate date of purchase (the product code can be found on the box, in the ceiling plate of ceiling lights, wall plate of wall lights and on the base of table lamps; it generally comprises 3 letters and 4 numbers such as LUT0475 or is a series of numbers). We will contact you regarding payment and send one out to you. If you purchased a där product from another store, please contact the original retailer or a local stockist.

How can I contact där Lighting?

Our friendly Customer Service helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm except on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas and New Year period. Do give us a call on 01295 672200. Alternatively, please complete our Contact Form or email us at sales@darlighting.co.uk.

I want to order something but it is out of stock

If the product is listed on the website but no stock is available, it will be back in stock shortly; when the shopping trolley symbol is visible, it is back in stock. We recommend you keep checking the product page. Alternatively, you may find one of our stockists has the item available; to find your nearest stockist, simply enter your postcode into our Stockist Locator.

The light I want is no longer on the website

If a product is no longer visible on our website, it may no longer be available. However, one of our stockists near you may have this still available; just enter your postcode into our Stockist Locator. Alternatively, contact us and we will recommend an alternative.

I need help with placing my order

If you are having difficulties placing your order, please email sales@darlighting.co.uk with your contact details, telling us what you wish to order; someone from our Customer Service Team will be in touch.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Mainland UK only; for other parts of the UK and Europe, shipping is at our discretion – please contact us for assistance. We do have a few stockists in Europe which may be able to assist.

Do you ship to the Republic of Ireland?

We are currently unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland; we do, however, have a stockist in most regions. To find your nearest one, just input your town or EIRE code into our Stockist Locator. Can we do a quote for here or is it an absolute no-no?

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@darlighting.co.uk with details or the order and your reason for cancelling as soon as possible. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once our warehouse has begun processing it. Please also refer to the relevant section of our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery FAQs

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to a mainland UK address is charged at £10.95 or free for orders of £75.00 or over. Next Day Delivery costs £15.25. Place your Next Day Delivery order before 2pm for delivery on the next working day, so please note: for orders received on a Friday morning, 'next day' delivery will be on the following Monday; for Friday afternoon orders, 'next day' delivery will be on the following Tuesday. Multiple items can be placed on one order with one delivery charge, as long as your entire order is being delivered to the same address.

When will my delivery arrive?

We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days. Products can be delivered by Parcelforce Monday – Friday between 7am and 7pm. You will be notified by email and text message once your order has been despatched. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for it. Please refer to the Delivery section of our Terms & Conditions.

Can I track my delivery?

You will receive an email and/or text message from Parcelforce upon despatch of your order; this will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order here. Most deliveries take place the next working day.

Returns FAQs

How do I return an item that is damaged?

If an item hasn’t arrived in perfect condition, please complete the returns request form. Please also refer to our Returns Policy.

How to I return a faulty item?

How do I return an order I am not happy with?

How can I amend my account details?

Please sign in to your account by clicking the head-and-shoulders icon at top right. From the Dashboard you can navigate to your Address Book to amend your address or to Account Information to change your name/password.

Is my data secure?

We look after your data as if it were our own. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. You may also be interested in our Cookies Policy.

How can I view a recent order?

Please sign in to your account by clicking the head-and-shoulders icon at top right. On the Dashboard, click on the My Orders button on the left-hand side to review your recent orders.
